Registration
The registration fee includes a ticket for the Banquet and a ticket for the Excursion.
Early registration deadline is July 10, 2015.

Travel
Victoria British Columbia is located on Vancouver Island and is accessible by plane, ferry, sea plane and Pacific Coach bus.
The WADS conference events take place at the University of Victoria which is a 20 minute car drive or 30 minute bus ride from downtown Victoria.

Accommodation
The WADS 2015 conference takes place on the beautiful grounds of the University of Victoria. We recommend staying at the very comfortable University Residences which range from single and twin dormitory style rooms, to bachelor apartments. The campus is located about 7 km from downtown Victoria. There are no hotels in the immediate area but there is a wide selection to choose from in downtown Victoria. Excursion and Banquet
 | The WADS 2015 excursion will be a trip to world renowned Butchart gardens. Stroll around the many gardens or sit in the shade and enjoy a glass of wine or afternoon tea. |
 | The excursion will be followed by dinner at the Beach House. Set against a backdrop of stunning water and island views, the restaurant is located on the shores of Cordova Bay, just north of UVic. From the restaurant, there is access to a sandy white beach where you can watch the sun set. |
